My 80 year old mother needed her new watch strap shortened and I was leaving the next day. We stopped by in hopes Feil jewelers could help us on short notice. They were willing and able. Kind and friendly . They took care of my mom and were happy to chat and treat my mom great. I'd recommend to anyone. They have beautiful pieces for sale as well

I was in the area and wanted to purchase a new wedding ring from a mom and pop jeweler. The owner took the time with me, and I came out with a beautiful wedding ring and earrings and had them size my own ring. When I went back to pick up my purchases, I ended up owning another ring. I needed to have a ring resized that I inherited. Laurie spent a lot of time with me and ended up purchasing my gold jewelery I came in with knowing that I never would have worn them. She also cleaned a beautiful necklace I received and my new ring. She was so wonderful to deal with and very friendly!

She has been in town for a lot of years. Every time I go in there she always helps me with anything and everything. Things that are not even available anymore but she fixes it anyway and didn't charge me. of course I tipped her. She wouldn't take my tips so I left it on the counter anyway. If you're going to buy anything kind of jewelry in this town go to her. She is true to her word. Thank you for all you've done for our family and all the jewelry memories we have bought from you.
